Bridget Magnus is Las Vegas’ REAL estate agent!

Helping people find a great place to live or work is in Bridget Magnus’s blood – she comes from a line of property managers. She has had the privilege of seeing firsthand the management of everything from college-area duplexes to multi-acre, multi-million dollar “class A” rental property with hundreds of units. She has been personally helping people find a place to call home since 1990, when she was a part-time leasing agent for an apartment community in Texas.

Today she is a REALTOR® with Prudential Americana Group, where she considers herself a “residential problem solver.” She solves buyer’s problems by sorting through the thousands of homes available to locate the few that best suit the clients’ needs. She solves seller’s problems by using solid, proven marketing techniques combined with the most effective new technologies. She is constantly keeping her skills up-to-date, which is why she recently earned the SFR designation -- showing that she is on top of the competitive short sale and foreclosure market. 

Her market reports put what is going on in plain language. This brought her to the attention of Scott Whitney at the Vegas Video Network. Now she presents those market figures — and other valuable information for buyers and sellers — every Friday in a show called Getting REAL (Estate) in Vegas.
